Everything you need to know about shipping with CDHM Supply Chain.
We ship from China to the United States, Canada, Europe and the United Kingdom, the Middle East, Australia and Southeast Asia by sea, air and road, with customs handled at both ends, and we run the onward cross-border legs inside those regions.
FCL (Full Container Load) means your goods fill an entire container — best for larger volumes. LCL (Less than Container Load) means your cargo shares a container with other shipments and you pay only for the space you use — best for smaller shipments.
Air is fastest (typically days) and suits urgent or high-value goods; sea is far more economical for volume but takes weeks. We’ll recommend the right balance for your budget and deadline when you request a quote.
Yes. Customs brokerage is core to what we do — classification, declarations and duties, including US CBP/ISF, Canada CBSA, EU/UK customs (post-Brexit), GCC customs and Saudi SABER, and Australian DAFF biosecurity.
Every order gets a shipping code. Enter it on our Track page to see a live timeline, or log in to your account to see all your shipments. We also email you when the status changes.
Submit the quote form with your route and cargo details. Our team reviews it and replies with a tailored price — usually within one business day. You’ll get an email confirmation immediately.
Yes. We move freight from your supplier, clear customs, prep to marketplace requirements (including Amazon FBA), and can pick-pack-ship direct-to-consumer orders and returns.
It depends on the lane and mode. See typical transit ranges on our Coverage page — for example Southeast Asia to the US West Coast is roughly 20–30 days by sea or 5–10 days by air. Actual times vary with customs and schedules.
