Customs is where shipments get delayed. We manage classification, declarations, duties and the region-specific paperwork — US CBP/ISF, Canada CBSA, EU/UK customs and Australian biosecurity — so your cargo keeps moving.
Options
Import clearance The entry at destination: classification, valuation, duties and taxes, and release from customs.
Export clearance The declaration at origin, including China export declarations and the origin paperwork destination customs expect.
DDP Delivered Duty Paid: we act as or arrange the importer of record and settle duties and taxes before delivery, so you receive one landed cost.
Classification and advisory HS codes, duty rates, origin rules, anti-dumping checks and IOSS registration guidance before you ship.
What's included
- Import/export declarations and HS-code classification
- US: CBP entry, ISF “10+2”, C-TPAT-aligned handling
- UK: post-Brexit declarations (EORI, CDS, GVMS)
- Middle East: GCC declarations and Saudi SABER certificates
- Australia: DAFF biosecurity and quarantine documentation
- Duty, tax and VAT/IOSS guidance
Best for: any cross-border shipment — bundled with freight or standalone.
How it works
- 1 You share the commercial invoice, packing list and a product description or specification.
- 2 We classify the goods, confirm the duty rate and any permits, licences or certificates required.
- 3 We file the declaration before arrival (ISF for US ocean cargo, pre-arrival for Canada and the UK).
- 4 Customs releases the goods, or we handle any examination, query or biosecurity inspection.
- 5 Duties and taxes are settled (prepaid on DDP) and the cargo is released for delivery.

Questions
Under DDP the seller pays the duties and taxes and the buyer receives the goods with nothing further to pay. Under DAP the goods are delivered but the buyer settles duties and taxes on arrival. Most e-commerce and FBA sellers ship DDP so there is one landed cost.
For your own imports, yes: an EIN or customs-assigned number in the US, an EORI in the EU and UK, an ABN in Australia, and a business number in Canada. On DDP shipments we arrange the importer-of-record side for you.
Vague product descriptions, values that do not match the payment, missing certificates, and wood packaging without ISPM 15 marks. We check all of these before the cargo leaves origin.
Yes. We lodge the DAFF import declaration, arrange fumigation or inspection where the import conditions require it, and manage the quarantine release.
