Tracking
Track a shipment
Enter the shipping code from your confirmation to see live progress.
Where to find your shipping code
It is on the booking confirmation we sent when the shipment was registered, and at the top of every status email. It starts with CD followed by eight digits, for example CD25111401. Capitals and spaces don't matter.
Only have the carrier's number?
Carrier portals use their own references and most of them are in Chinese. Send us the number you have and we will match it to your shipment and reply with the shipping code.
Contact usWhat the statuses mean
Carriers report in their own words. We translate every event into one of these, so a timeline reads the same whichever portal it came from.
- Created
- The shipment is registered with us and a shipping code has been issued. Nothing has moved yet.
- Picked up
- The cargo has been collected from the supplier or factory in China.
- In transit
- The cargo is on the vessel, aircraft or truck, or moving between terminals. Sea legs can go several days without a new event.
- In customs
- The cargo is at the border waiting for release. Most clearances take hours; an inspection or missing document can add days.
- Out for delivery
- The cargo has cleared and is on the final truck to the delivery address.
- Delivered
- The cargo has been handed over at the destination, with a proof of delivery.
- Exception
- The carrier has reported a problem, for example a hold, damage or a failed delivery attempt. We are following it up.
- Cancelled
- The shipment was cancelled before it moved.
