Air Freight
Speed and reliability for time-sensitive and high-value shipments.
When transit time matters, we fly your cargo from China to all six regions — from economy consolidations to priority and charter services — with full tracking from pickup to delivery.
Options
Consolidated air Your cargo travels with other shippers on scheduled consolidations. The lowest air rate, with a day or two of extra consolidation time.
Priority air Direct flights and first available uplift for launches, line-down shipments and samples.
Express DDP Door-to-door courier-style delivery with duties prepaid, for parcels and small FBA replenishments.
Charter A whole aircraft or a block of space for project cargo and exceptional volumes.
What's included
- Consolidated (economy) air freight for the best rates
- Priority and express air for urgent shipments
- Charter solutions for oversized or exceptional volumes
- Airport-to-airport or door-to-door
- Ideal for high-value goods, perishables and stock replenishment
Best for: urgent, high-value or perishable goods that need to arrive in days.
How it works
- 1 You send the cargo details and the date it must arrive; we quote consolidated, priority and express options.
- 2 We collect from the factory, screen and prepare the cargo for air (including dangerous-goods checks for batteries).
- 3 The shipment flies under a house air waybill; flight numbers and ETAs appear under your shipping code.
- 4 We clear customs at the destination airport, usually before the aircraft lands.
- 5 Final delivery to your door, warehouse or fulfillment centre by road.

What drives the price
- Chargeable weight: the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight (length × width × height ÷ 6000)
- Service level: consolidated, priority or express
- Lane and season: Q4 and Chinese New Year push rates up
- Dangerous goods, perishables or oversized pieces
- Airport-to-airport or door-to-door
Every quote itemises these, so you can see what moves the number.

Questions
Air freight is priced on whichever is larger: the actual weight or the volumetric weight. Volumetric weight is the volume in cubic centimetres divided by 6000. Light, bulky cargo therefore pays by volume.
Yes, within the IATA rules. Batteries need a UN 38.3 test summary, correct packaging and labelling, and the right declaration. Standalone batteries (UN 3480) have tighter limits than batteries packed with or in equipment (UN 3481). We check this before booking so the cargo is not refused at the airline.
Three to seven days door to door to the US and Canada, five to eight days to Europe and the UK, two to five days to the Middle East, and three to five days to Australia, depending on the service level and customs.
When the cargo is heavy or bulky and the deadline allows a few weeks. We quote both so you can see the trade-off on your actual shipment.
