E-commerce Fulfillment

From factory to marketplace — fulfillment and FBA prep handled.

For online sellers, we connect the supply chain end to end: freight from your supplier, customs, prep to marketplace requirements, and pick-pack-ship for direct-to-consumer orders and returns.

Options

FBA prep and forwarding FNSKU labelling, poly-bagging, bundling and carton compliance at origin, then DDP freight to the fulfillment centres in your shipment plan.
D2C fulfillment Orders from your store or marketplace picked, packed and shipped from a regional warehouse.
Returns Returned items received, inspected, re-stocked or disposed of per your rules.
Kitting and bundling Multi-packs, gift sets and inserts assembled before the stock goes live.

What's included

  • Amazon FBA freight and prep to fulfillment-center requirements
  • Direct-to-consumer (D2C) pick, pack and ship
  • Marketplace and storefront order fulfillment
  • Returns processing
  • Kitting, labeling and bundling

Best for: e-commerce sellers and D2C brands scaling across regions.

How it works

  1. 1 You share the product list, marketplace requirements and, for FBA, the shipment plan from Seller Central.
  2. 2 We collect from the supplier and prep at origin: labels, packaging, carton weights under 22 kg where Amazon requires it.
  3. 3 Freight by sea, express sea or air on DDP terms, tracked under your shipping code.
  4. 4 Customs cleared with duties prepaid; stock delivered to the fulfillment centre or our regional warehouse.
  5. 5 Orders are fulfilled from stock; returns flow back through the same warehouse.

Questions

Mostly for labelling: missing or unreadable FNSKU labels, cartons over 22 kg without a team-lift label, or pallets that do not match the shipment plan. Prepping at origin lets us fix these before the cargo ships.
