  1. FCL & LCL sea freight

    Ocean Freight

    Cost-effective sea freight for volume cargo — full or shared containers.

    FCL Your goods fill a 20ft, 40ft or 40ft high-cube container. Sealed at the factory, opened at the destination.
    LCL Your cargo shares a container with other shippers. You pay per cubic metre, so it suits anything from one pallet to half a box.
    Express sea Faster sailings on the China → US West Coast lane (Matson-type services) when a week matters but air is too dear.
    Reefer and special equipment Temperature-controlled, open-top and flat-rack containers for perishables and out-of-gauge pieces.

    Best for: high-volume, non-urgent cargo where cost per unit matters most.

    Air Freight

    Speed and reliability for time-sensitive and high-value shipments.

    Consolidated air Your cargo travels with other shippers on scheduled consolidations. The lowest air rate, with a day or two of extra consolidation time.
    Priority air Direct flights and first available uplift for launches, line-down shipments and samples.
    Express DDP Door-to-door courier-style delivery with duties prepaid, for parcels and small FBA replenishments.
    Charter A whole aircraft or a block of space for project cargo and exceptional volumes.

    Best for: urgent, high-value or perishable goods that need to arrive in days.

  3. FTL/LTL & cross-border trucking

    Road & Cross-Border

    Full and partial truckloads, plus customs-ready cross-border trucking.

    FTL A dedicated trailer from pickup to delivery. Fastest and safest for full loads and high-value cargo.
    LTL and groupage Your pallets share a trailer on scheduled departures. Economical for one to ten pallets.
    Onward cross-border Once your China cargo has landed: US ↔ Canada with PARS/PAPS pre-clearance, and UK ↔ EU groupage with the declarations filed before the truck reaches the port.
    Drayage and final mile Container pickup from the port or rail ramp, and delivery to warehouses, stores and fulfillment centres, with liftgate where needed.

    Best for: regional distribution and cross-border lanes needing customs coordination.

Customs at origin and destination, with the duties and taxes settled before the cargo lands when you ship DDP.

    Customs Brokerage

    Clear customs smoothly in every region we serve.

    Import clearance The entry at destination: classification, valuation, duties and taxes, and release from customs.
    Export clearance The declaration at origin, including China export declarations and the origin paperwork destination customs expect.
    DDP Delivered Duty Paid: we act as or arrange the importer of record and settle duties and taxes before delivery, so you receive one landed cost.
    Classification and advisory HS codes, duty rates, origin rules, anti-dumping checks and IOSS registration guidance before you ship.

    Best for: any cross-border shipment — bundled with freight or standalone.

Store and fulfil it

Inventory held close to your customers, prepped for the marketplace, and picked, packed and shipped as orders come in.

    Storage Pallet and shelf storage near the main gateways in each region, billed per pallet or per cubic metre per week.

    Overflow for FBA Inventory held close to the fulfillment centre and released as Amazon capacity limits allow.
